Bought me a couple of cameras to become a humble button pusher. Decided to walk the world. Always keeping my nose to the wind and eyes to the skyline. I’ve got a hundred wild stories, chasing wild things in wild places, too many scars to count, third-degree burns, and a dozen fractured bones. There’s a list of awards, creative directors, athletes, operators, brands, public figures, and surgeries written down somewhere… but those stories are best shared around a fire, laughing with food and drink in hand. 

With a keen eye for detail and a Midwesterner’s mindset, creating global campaigns has required more than a creative vision. It’s decades of developing style and trust.   • “It’s the Indian, not the arrow” - creativity comes down to an individual’s ability to do the job and not rely on the tools. But if you must know, here’s what’s in my tool box:

    • Nikon Z9, Z8, Z6 II

    • Nikkor Z glass: 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 70-200mm, 400mm, 1.4X TC

    • Zeiss ZF glass: 21mm, 25mm, 35mm, 50mm MAKRO, 85mm. Custom cine-moded, full frame, EF mount, and de-clicked. These vintage primes provide beautiful bokeh and characteristics that are unmatched.

    • ZCAM E-2 F6: 6K, 120 fps.

    • Profoto off camera lights. A plethora of modifiers, stands, tripods, etc. LED cinema panels are also available if you need constant lighting.

    Motion needs vary. I can build a body that fits your project, files, codec and frame rates. RED, ARRI, Sony, etc.

  • I’m social but not on the innerwebs. I spend my free time influencing our young boys… outside. In nature. Disconnected.
